Return Policy on New Items: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee at J. Hollywood Edge Co. If you are not completely satisfied with a product when it arrives, contact us for an RA Number within 15 days for a refund or exchange. The product must be in unused condition to qualify for a return. On some products manufacturer’s warranties apply. We do not refund the cost of shipping unless there was an error on our part. Please insure and track the returned product for your protection. To obtain a RA Number please contact Customer Service.
The 15-day period will begin the day the the item is delivered. Returned items must be shipped (in transit) by the 15th calendar day after their arrival. Returns after this date will not be processed unless accompanied with a valid RA#. Return labels are issued only during this 15-day period.
Timeframe for a refund: We ask that you please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund or reshipment to process. If you need an immediate replacement please contact customer service.
Return Policy on Used/Vintage Items: Due to the nature of our online site, and the Used/Vintage products listed, we J. Hollywood Edge Co. have a strict NO RETURN policy for any Used/Vintage product. No Used/Vintage product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund. These items are meant for collectors. If you wish to use one of our Used/Vintage Items you do so at your own risk.
Damaged Products: If goods arrived damaged please keep the box(es) and all packing materials. Damage claims must be filed within 2 weeks of delivery so please check your order for damage when it arrives.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and your location. To get a shipping quote When ordering online, simply place the items you wish to order in the shopping cart and use our convenient Shipping Estimator to view the cost for a wide variety of shipping methods.
Shipping Time: We make every attempt to process and ship your order within 48 hours from when it was received on in stock items. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Alaska and Hawaii customers must ship by air freight and need to call/email for a shipping quote.
